I have pledged to support an All or Nothing project, but the donation keeps failing: what can I do?

The system attempts, within 30 days after the campaign expires, to withdraw the promised funds.

However, if:

• you have saved a payment method that is no longer active,
• you used a disposable virtual card,
• you do not have sufficient funds on that card or PayPal account,

For this reason we have introduced the possibility to update the payment method. 

Follow the instructions you received by email and click on the Donate Now button.

N.B. clicking on Donate Now you'll open the donation page, saved on your own PdB profile. To access it, you will need to be logged in to Produzioni dal Basso. From here you can try to donate again by using the same payment method or change it. 

The result of the donation will be instant.
